To ensure that the fire and life safety aspects of the building is handled efficiently, W & W Enterprises proposes to provide a full fire and life safety audit of the proposed developments. Our consultancy advice will be based on the fire & life safety requirements detailed in the latest nfpa and international standards we propose the following scope of services:

Stage 1 :

Undertake a site assessment inspection focusing on the following areas:

• Means of egress
• Passive fire protection
• Elevator protection
• Fire detection & alarm system
• Emergency & exit light system
• Fire fighting system
• Sprinkler system
• Fire pumps

Stage 2 :

Preparation of a report to highlight findings and recommendations in accordance to latest nfpa requirements and international standards.
